The homes on this website look very nice. The associate that I spoke with, Brooke, was very nice, polite and accommodating to a point. I spoke with Brooke in January and rented a home for our family to use in April. Our daughter was getting married on SSI. On February 24, Brooke called to let me know that there was a problem with our reservation. She had booked the property and so had the owner, she informed me that she had known about the issue for a while but was hesitant to tell me about it. After several days, she did get back to me, what she was offering me where homes that were too smaller or much more costly. There was no accountability on their part. Due to the timing, Spring break, most of the homes that fit our situation were no longer available. When I went into the office to speak directly to Brooke, there were two other associates in the same room, they did not look up from their desks or offer any sort of assistance with the situation. We live in Indiana and were traveling to SSI for a major event, I feel they handled the unfortunate situation with poor judgement and unprofessional concern. I would use extreme caution if renting from this source.
I have dealt with a lot of rental companies, and this one is top notch compared to all of them. They were well organized, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our rental home for our beach vacation was simply perfect. I will be using them again in the future!!!!

The cottage is in idea location,the lady was really nice Saturday,but the cottage needs cleaning,cob webs,cleaned the floors,the outside is frightful,needs some kind of filler,can't access the so called sitting area,table n chairs nasty,thank goodness we were close to the pier to enjoy outdoors.it isn't like they didn't know we were coming
